Is this lens compatible with Nikon crop-sensor (DX) cameras?
Yes, it is compatible. Although it is designed for full-frame (FX), it can be used on Nikon DX cameras. In that case, the angle of view is reduced (equivalent to 36-105mm on DX), but optical quality is maintained.
